In this market with low inventory and high demand for homes Ben was out standing keeping us current on properties entering the market. He was very professional about getting us into the first groups for showings so we could be competitive with our first offers. Ben's real estate knowledge gave us a comfort level that we had not enjoyed with previous Realtors. I was very satisfied with the service that I received from Ben Lovinger. He was great from setting the price to helping with a few minor repairs to get taken care of prior to marketing. During the marketing process Ben kept me informed, and when we went to contract he made sure everything was was done so we closed on time even with COVID-19. I would use Ben again if the need arises. From the timeliness of the photo's, survey's, appraisals, listing of the home, to the final acceptance, this process was seamless. Listing agent was on the ball. Communication was key on this one. Real-estate jargon was broken down into dialect the average joe could understand.***** + I received an honest assessment on the value of my home . + No surprises or hidden fee's, everything was on the table early on.
